Function filterMatches

filterMatches(filter: CanFilter, id: number, extended?: boolean): boolean
Whether a frame with an identifier passes a filter.
Parameters
- filter: CanFilter
  The filter.
- id: number
  The frame's identifier.
- extended: boolean = false
  Whether it is a 29-bit extended identifier.
Returns boolean
true when the formats agree and the masked bits are equal.
