setLoraModulationParams(link: LoraLink): Buffer
SetModulationParams for a LoRa link.
Parameters
- link: LoraLink
  The link settings, from @pamoja/lora.
Returns Buffer
The command bytes.

Throws
If the link's bandwidth is not one the SX126x offers.
