txPower(output: Sx127xPaOutput, outputDbm: number): Sx127xTxPower
Chooses the amplifier settings for an output power.
Parameters
- output: Sx127xPaOutput
  The amplifier output the module uses.
- outputDbm: number
  The output power wanted, in dBm.
Returns Sx127xTxPower
The settings, clamped to what the output delivers.
