Counts the clients observing a resource.

§Arguments

  • server - the server.
  • path - the resource’s path, as null-terminated UTF-8.

§Returns

How many observers the resource has, or 0 if server or path is null.

§Safety

server must be a live handle and path a valid null-terminated UTF-8 string, or either may be null.
