Reads a datagram.

Arguments

• bytes - the datagram as it arrived.
• len - its length.
• out_packet - receives the packet.

Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok, or PamojaStatus::Codec for a datagram this protocol does not describe, with the reason in the last error message.

Safety

bytes must point at len readable bytes or be null, and out_packet must be writable.
