Builds the PULL_DATA that holds a route open.

§Arguments

  • token - the random token the acknowledgment carries back.
  • gateway - the gateway’s eight-byte identifier.
  • out_packet - receives the packet.

§Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok, or PamojaStatus::InvalidArgument for a null argument.

§Safety

gateway must point at PAMOJA_GATEWAY_EUI_LEN readable bytes and out_packet must be writable.
