Builds the PULL_RESP that asks a gateway to transmit.

Arguments

• token - the random token the TX_ACK carries back.
• transmit - what to transmit, and when.
• payload - the packet itself.
• payload_len - its length.
• out_packet - receives the packet.

Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok, or PamojaStatus::InvalidArgument for a null argument.

Safety

payload must point at payload_len readable bytes or be null, and out_packet must be writable.
