Builds the PUSH_DATA that forwards an uplink.

Arguments

• token - the random token the acknowledgment carries back.
• gateway - the gateway’s eight-byte identifier.
• uplink - the uplink, which this call takes over and releases.
• out_packet - receives the packet.

Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok, or PamojaStatus::InvalidArgument for a null argument.

Safety

gateway must point at PAMOJA_GATEWAY_EUI_LEN readable bytes, uplink must be a live handle that is not used again, and out_packet must be writable.
