Builds the TX_ACK that reports what became of a PULL_RESP.

Arguments

• token - the token of the PULL_RESP being answered.
• gateway - the gateway’s eight-byte identifier.
• status - PAMOJA_GATEWAY_TX_NONE when it was scheduled, or why it was refused.
• out_packet - receives the packet.

Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok, or PamojaStatus::InvalidArgument for a null argument or a status the protocol does not define.

Safety

gateway must point at PAMOJA_GATEWAY_EUI_LEN readable bytes and out_packet must be writable.
