Admits a device, so a join request signed with its key is accepted.

Arguments

• network - the network.
• dev_eui - the device identifier, eight bytes.
• app_eui - the application identifier, eight bytes.
• app_key - the root key, sixteen bytes.
• version - the link layer revision the device follows, PAMOJA_LORAWAN_VERSION_1_0_3 or PAMOJA_LORAWAN_VERSION_1_0_4. A 1.0.3 device’s frames are refused once their counter runs MAX_FCNT_GAP ahead.

Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok, or PamojaStatus::InvalidArgument for a null argument or a version that is not one of the two.

Safety

network must be a live handle, and each identifier must point at its own length in readable bytes.
