Reads the request a station sent to find its network server, as the server does.

Arguments

• text - the request text.
• text_len - how many bytes text holds.
• out_router - receives the station asking, eight bytes.

Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok once read, or PamojaStatus::Codec when the text is not this request.

Safety

text must point to text_len readable bytes, and out_router to eight writable bytes.
