Reads an identifier written in any form the protocol accepts.

Arguments

• text - the identifier, null-terminated.
• out_eui - receives the eight bytes.

Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok once read, or PamojaStatus::Codec when the text is not an identifier.

Safety

text must be a valid null-terminated UTF-8 string, and out_eui must point to eight writable bytes.
