Adds the next number of a configuration’s data-rate table.

§Arguments

  • message - the configuration.
  • rate - the data rate, whose defined false keeps the number without one.

§Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok once added, or PamojaStatus::InvalidArgument for a message that is not a configuration.

§Safety

message must be a live handle, and rate must point to a readable data rate.
