Adds a range of join identifiers whose join requests a configuration forwards.

§Arguments

  • message - the configuration.
  • range - the range, both ends included.

§Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok once added, or PamojaStatus::InvalidArgument for a message that is not a configuration.

§Safety

message must be a live handle, and range must point to a readable range.
