Reads one number of a configuration’s data-rate table.

§Arguments

  • message - the configuration.
  • index - the data-rate number, below the data_rate_count its fields report.
  • out_rate - receives the data rate, with defined false for a number the table leaves undefined.

§Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok once read, or PamojaStatus::InvalidArgument for an index past the table or a message that is not a configuration.

§Safety

message must be a live handle, and out_rate must point to writable storage.
