Reads one network a configuration names.

§Arguments

  • message - the configuration.
  • index - which one, below the net_id_count its fields report.
  • out_net_id - receives the network identifier.

§Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok once read, or PamojaStatus::InvalidArgument for an index past the list or a message that is not a configuration.

§Safety

message must be a live handle, and out_net_id must point to writable storage.
