Returns the frame options a data frame carries.

§Arguments

  • message - the message.
  • out_options - receives the bytes, which the caller releases with pamoja_buffer_free.

§Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok once written, with an empty buffer for a kind carrying none.

§Safety

message must be a live handle, and out_options must point to writable storage.
