Writes the answer that sends a station to the websocket its session runs on.

Arguments

• router - the station being answered, eight bytes.
• muxs - the server endpoint that carries the session, eight bytes.
• uri - the websocket address, UTF-8.
• uri_len - how many bytes uri holds.
• out_text - receives the answer, which the caller releases with pamoja_buffer_free.

Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok once written.

Safety

router and muxs must point to eight readable bytes each, uri to uri_len readable bytes, and out_text to writable storage.
