Arguments

• part - the part.
• command - the command’s bytes.
• command_len - how many.
• reply - what a read after the command returns.
• reply_len - how many bytes.

Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok, or PamojaStatus::InvalidArgument for a null argument or a part of another kind.

Safety

part must be a live handle or null, command must point to command_len readable bytes, and reply to reply_len.
