Tunes a radio to a configuration.

Arguments

• radio - the radio.
• config - the configuration, such as one from pamoja_lora_radio_config_default.

Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok; PamojaStatus::InvalidArgument for a null radio or settings the chip cannot use, such as a bandwidth it lacks; or PamojaStatus::Io when the chip does not answer.

Safety

radio must be a live handle from one of the open functions, or null.
