Puts a frame on the air for a simulated chip to receive the next time it listens.

Arguments

• chip - the chip.
• payload - the frame’s payload; past 255 bytes it is cut to 255.
• len - the payload length.
• rssi_centi_dbm - the strength the chip hears the frame at, in hundredths of a dBm.
• snr_centi_db - the signal-to-noise ratio it hears it with, in hundredths of a dB.

Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok, or PamojaStatus::InvalidArgument for a null chip or a null payload with a length.

Safety

chip must be a live handle or null, and payload must point at len readable bytes or be null.
