Puts a saved state back on a device made on the same channel plan.

Arguments

• device - the device, made the same way the saved one was.
• saved - the state pamoja_lorawan_end_device_save wrote.
• saved_len - its length.
• now_us - the time, in microseconds, on the clock the device woke to.

Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok on success.

Errors

Returns a failing status with the reason on pamoja_lorawan_end_device_error: a state of the wrong length, a corrupt one, one in a format this build does not read, one from another plan, or a device busy with a transmission.

Safety

device must be a live handle and saved must point to saved_len readable bytes when that is non-zero.
