Builds the request that asks a server for a clock correction, section 3.2.

Arguments

• sync - the package.
• device_time - what the device believes the time is, in seconds since the GPS epoch.
• ans_required - 1 to make the server answer even when the clock is right.
• out_command - receives the command.
• capacity - how many bytes that buffer holds, at least six.
• out_len - receives how many were written.

Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok on success.

Errors

Returns PamojaStatus::InvalidArgument for a null pointer or a buffer too small.

Safety

sync must be a live handle, out_command must point to capacity writable bytes, and out_len must be writable.
