Works out when a relay scanned from the WOR ACK that answered a frame.

Arguments

• wor_start_us - when the acknowledged WOR frame started going out.
• preamble_symbols - its preamble length.
• symbol_us - its symbol time.
• state - what the acknowledgment said.
• out_synchronization - receives the synchronization.

Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok on success.

Errors

Returns PamojaStatus::InvalidArgument for a null pointer or a coded field out of range.

Safety

state must be readable and out_synchronization writable.
