Makes a client on a port, with a one-second response timeout and a 100 ms turnaround.

§Arguments

  • port - the line; the client holds its own share of it.
  • out_client - receives the client.

§Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok, or PamojaStatus::InvalidArgument for a null argument.

§Safety

port must be a live handle or null, and out_client a writable pointer or null.
