Reads a coil.

§Arguments

  • server - the device.
  • address - the coil’s address.
  • out_on - receives its state.

§Returns

true with the state in out_on when the device has the coil; false when it does not, or for a null argument.

§Safety

server must be a live handle or null, and out_on a writable pointer or null.
