Returns a copy of a profile carrying a description of what it is for.

Arguments

• profile - the profile.
• description - the description, as null-terminated UTF-8.

Returns

A handle the caller must release with pamoja_profile_free, or null if either pointer is null or the text is not UTF-8.

Safety

profile must be a live handle from a call that produced one, and description must be a valid null-terminated UTF-8 string for the duration of the call; either may be null.
