Arguments

• guard - the duty-cycle guard.
• now_us - the current time in microseconds on the caller’s clock.

Returns

The remaining silence in microseconds, zero when a transmission may start, or UINT64_MAX when the limit forbids transmitting or guard is null.

Safety

guard must be a live handle from pamoja_radio_duty_cycle_new, or null.
