Creates a simulated ADS1115 that reads what it is asked to at the range a driver converts at.

§Arguments

  • address - the address it answers to.
  • pga - the gain code the driver converts at.
  • volts - the voltage it reports, held to the range.

§Returns

The part, which the caller releases with crate::hal::pamoja_i2c_part_free. Its reading lands on the nearest of the 32768 steps either side of zero the range divides into.
