Returns the value a dialect entry name stands for, whichever enumeration it belongs to.
Entry names are unique across the dialect, so the name alone is enough.

entry- the entry’s name, such as"MAV_CMD_COMPONENT_ARM_DISARM".
§Returns
Some(value), or None if no entry in ENUMS has that name.
