The cadDetPeak for a spreading factor and bandwidth, as Semtech’s own radio layer sets it.

The values are those of ral_sx126x_get_lora_cad_det_peak in LoRa Basics Modem, which is what Semtech’s relay listens with. Listening over more symbols lowers the threshold, since there is more to go on.

§Arguments

  • spreading_factor - 5 to 12.
  • bandwidth_hz - the channel bandwidth.
  • symbols - the cadSymbolNum code from cad_symbols.

§Returns

The threshold.
