The whole byte the radio answers with once it is parked and ready.
The reference checks for this value rather than for its fields, and so does
Status::parked, because it is what a working radio replies. Read as fields it is a
mode of Mode::StandbyRc and a command status of 1, which the datasheet reserves. The
reference composes it from a mode constant that is shifted into its field and a ready
constant that is not, so the value is right and the arithmetic behind it is not.
