Builds the acknowledgment a server owes a datagram.

Arguments

• packet - the datagram that arrived.
• out_packet - receives the acknowledgment.

Returns

true for a PUSH_DATA or a PULL_DATA, which are the datagrams a server acknowledges. A PULL_RESP is answered with a TX_ACK, which names the gateway, so the gateway builds that one with pamoja_gateway_tx_ack.

Safety

packet must be a live handle or null, and out_packet must be writable or null.
