Reads one of the packets a PUSH_DATA forwards.

Arguments

• packet - the packet.
• index - which forwarded packet, from zero.
• out_rxpk - receives its metadata.

Returns

true when there is a packet at that index.

Safety

packet must be a live handle or null, and out_rxpk must be writable or null.
