received_at_us: u64

When it arrived, in microseconds since 1970-01-01 UTC, when has_received_at.

gps_millis: u64

When it arrived on the GPS clock, in milliseconds, when has_gps_millis.

frequency_hz: u32

The carrier it arrived on, in hertz.

timestamp_us: u32

The concentrator’s own timestamp of the reception, when has_timestamp.
