§data_rate: u8

The data rate to transmit at.

§frequency_hz: u32

The frequency to transmit on, in hertz.

§priority: u8

How urgent it is.

§gpstime: i64

When to transmit it, in microseconds since the GPS epoch, when has_gpstime.

§has_gpstime: bool

Whether it names a GPS time.

§rctx: i64

The radio to transmit on, when has_rctx.

§has_rctx: bool

Whether it names a radio.
