Creates a simulated SX1261, SX1262, SX1268, or LLCC68, out of reset.

Arguments

• board - how the module wires the chip, which the radio pamoja_lora_sim_chip_radio gives is told.
• out_chip - receives the chip.

Returns

PamojaStatus::Ok with the chip in out_chip, or PamojaStatus::InvalidArgument for a null out_chip or a TCXO voltage past 7.

Safety

out_chip must be a writable pointer or null.
