PAMOJA_LORA_PLAN_KIND_DYNAMIC or PAMOJA_LORA_PLAN_KIND_FIXED.

channel_list: u8

For a dynamic plan, one of the PAMOJA_LORA_CHANNEL_LIST_* constants.

tx_param_setup: u8

1 if devices on the plan answer TXParamSetupReq.

join_sequence: u8

One of the PAMOJA_LORA_JOIN_* constants.

power_reference: u8

One of the PAMOJA_LORA_POWER_* constants.

gain_allowance_db: u8

For a conducted ceiling, the antenna gain it already allows for, in dB.

downlink_channel_block_count: u16

How many downlink channel blocks the plan defines.

join_plan_count: u16

How many runs of join channels select a plan, which only the published CN470-510 plans carry.
