Nudges an odometry estimate’s heading toward an absolute measurement.

weight is how strongly to trust measured, from 0 to 1. A measurement that is not a finite number, or a weight that is not a number, leaves the heading as it was.

Safety

odometry must be a live handle from pamoja_odometry_new, or null.
