Expand description

A frame to put on the air, and where to listen afterward.

Fields§

§frame: PhyPayload

The frame.

§frequency_hz: u32

The carrier, in hertz.

§data_rate: u8

The data rate, as the region numbers them.

§link: LinkSettings

The LoRa settings that data rate stands for: an eight-symbol preamble, an explicit header and a payload CRC, sent with standard IQ.

§output_dbm: i8

The power to ask of the radio, conducted, with the antenna gain taken off as the region’s power limit requires.

§airtime_us: u64

How long the frame holds the air, in microseconds.

§rx1: Window

The first receive window.

§rx2: Window

The second, which opens only if nothing for this device arrived in the first.

§carries_payload: bool

Whether the application payload went out in this frame.

It is held back when the answers a device owes the network do not leave room for it, since TS001-1.0.4 table 15 sends answers first. Send it again afterward.

§relay: Option<RelayExchange>

The wake-on-radio exchange that goes ahead of this frame under a relay, and the window a forwarded downlink comes back in.

With it, the frame goes out at uplink_start_us rather than straight away, and the two windows above are still timed from the end of it.
